By accessing or using the GentleScene Knitworks website, courses, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GentleScene Knitworks solely for personal, non-commercial knitting education purposes. You must not:
- Share, duplicate, or redistribute any course materials without written permission.
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or any illegal activities within course forums or communities.
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape, download, or interact with any part of the platform.
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains malicious code.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
3. Purchases and Payments
All course purchases are final once payment is processed. Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Access to purchased courses is granted immediately after payment confirmation. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for any unsatisfied course. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are not available after completing more than 50% of a course or for digital content that has been downloaded. Subscription-based access renews automatically unless cancelled 48 hours before renewal.
5. Intellectual Property
All knitting patterns, videos, written lessons, logos, and platform design remain the exclusive property of GentleScene Knitworks. Students receive a non-transferable, personal-use license only. Any commercial use requires prior written approval and a separate licensing agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
GentleScene Knitworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost data, injury from knitting tools, or course content interpretation. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. You agree to waive class action rights.
